Q1. Do you expertise in work with silver and other stones as well?

Yes, we work in silver over gold vermeil (3-micron plating), gold never tarnishes. Also, we use different gemstones as per your requirement and the nature of your piece

Q2. Do you have MOQ?

We do not have MOQ, one can purchase a single piece for each style.

Q3. Can one order a different color for the gold?

Yes, one can order their gold in Rose, Yellow, White. While with the price of the gold remains the same. Also, you can place an order between 14K to 18K.

Q4. Can you engrave my brand logo?

Yes, we can engrave your company logo on all your orders. There are no extra charges.

Q5. How can a client make a split payment of their order?

Customers can pay 50% in advance to place an order for the confirmation and rest 50% payment can be made after the order is completed and is ready for the shipping.

Q6. What is our production Capacity?

We can produce more or less1500 to 2000 pieces every month.

Q7. How long does it take for an order to be processed?

Silver Plus minimalist Jewelry styles are carefully handmade in our Factory. Since each piece is made on order, we would kindly ask you to allow us 7-11 business days (excluding weekends) before the shipment.
